This 3-day, 2-night stay is at Earth Roots Ayurveda in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, with views of the Ganga and green forest around. The centre blends classical Ayurvedic practice with modern comforts. Guests stay in eco-friendly cottages with an attached bathroom, power backup and Wi-Fi. A doctor consults with you daily and prepares a therapy and diet plan around your Prakriti. Therapies offered include abhyanga, shirodhara, nasya, basti, herbal steam bath and kizhi. Days include Hatha yoga, pranayama and guided meditation, sattvic organic meals, herbal teas and detox juices, with an evening fire ceremony on request. Guests with health conditions should speak with their doctor and with the centre first.

Itinerary

1. Daily schedule

   Wake-up at 6:00 AM, jal neti and mantra chanting, then yoga asana, pranayama and meditation from 7:00 AM. Breakfast at 9:00 AM, a one-hour Ayurvedic therapy session from 10:30 AM, rest, and lunch at 1:00 PM. Evening yoga and pranayama from 5:00 PM, dinner at 7:00 PM, a walk, and sleep at 10:00 PM.
