About this retreat

A seven-day, six-night Panchakarma programme at Bhole Baba Ayurvedic Hospital & Research Centre in Almora. It combines traditional Panchakarma therapies, Ayurvedic food, yoga and meditation. Experienced Ayurvedic doctors set the plan for each guest by Prakriti and individual needs. A typical day has morning yoga, two therapy sessions and an afternoon yoga class, with sattvic meals in between. Therapies include Abhyanga, Swedana and, as advised, Shirodhara.
