14-Day Panchakarma Detox and Rejuvenation in Almora

Bhole Baba Ayurvedic Hospital & Research Centre - Almora (Uttarakhand) · Almora, Uttarakhand

About this retreat

A 14-day, 13-night Panchakarma programme at Bhole Baba Ayurvedic Hospital & Research Centre in Almora. It follows classical Ayurveda and brings together Panchakarma therapies, consultations with Ayurvedic physicians, herbal medicines, yoga, meditation and a sattvic diet. Each guest's plan is shaped around their Prakriti (body constitution) and needs. Ayurveda traditionally describes Panchakarma as a way of clearing accumulated toxins (Ama) and bringing Vata, Pitta and Kapha into balance. Diet and lifestyle guidance is given so guests can carry the routine home. The listing refers to this as a 15-day package in places, but the stay is 14 days.
