3-Day Panchakarma Detox and Rejuvenation in Almora
Bhole Baba Ayurvedic Hospital & Research Centre - Almora (Uttarakhand) · Almora, Uttarakhand
About this retreat
A short three-day, two-night Panchakarma stay at Bhole Baba Ayurvedic Hospital & Research Centre in Almora. Experienced Ayurvedic doctors plan the therapies around each guest's dosha, so the programme is not the same for everyone. Days include Abhyanga (full body oil massage), Swedana (herbal steam), yoga, pranayama, meditation and relaxation. Meals are sattvic and vegetarian, with herbal drinks. Health is checked daily, and a discharge consultation gives lifestyle guidance to take home. It suits those who want a brief Ayurvedic break rather than a long stay.
