15-Day Ayurvedic Panchakarma Holistic Retreat in Lonavala

Fazlani Natures Nest-The Wellness Retreat - Lonavala · Pune, Maharashtra

About this retreat

This 15-day, 14-night Ayurvedic Panchakarma retreat is at Fazlani Nature's Nest, a wellness retreat in the hills of Lonavala. Guided by Ayurvedic doctors and therapists, each plan is set after a consultation and a pulse examination to assess your dosha type. Panchakarma's five traditional procedures are Virechanam, Vamanam, Basti, Nasya and Raktamokshanam. They are given only after consulting the doctor. Days also hold group yoga, meditation, therapeutic yoga and yogic cleansing kriyas, with two therapy sessions, a nature walk and sattvic vegetarian meals made from farm-fresh produce. Guests stay in a deluxe room. Those with health conditions should speak with their doctor and with the centre first.
