21-Day Rejuvenation Programme at Sarathy Ayurvedic Hospital

Sarathy Ayurvedic Hospital - Aluva (Kerala) · Aluva, Kerala

About this retreat

A 21-day, 20-night Ayurvedic stay at Sarathy Ayurvedic Hospital in Aluva, Kerala, planned around each guest's body type (Prakriti). Experienced Ayurvedic doctors meet every guest first, then set the therapies and check in daily. The three weeks move in stages. The first week eases you in with a health review, light massage and a simple diet. The second centres on Panchakarma and oil therapies such as Njavarakizhi and Pizhichil.
