Frequently asked questions

Is a 7-day Panchakarma programme long enough?

A week suits beginners and those who want a mild detox and rest. Longer programmes allow a deeper routine, but many guests find a week a good start.

How do I arrange a Panchakarma stay?

Please enquire through MargKGB and our team will help with this.

Is a special diet part of Panchakarma?

Yes. A light, easily digestible Ayurvedic diet is an important part of the routine.

Can I keep up my regular work during the stay?

It is not advised. The stay works best when body and mind can rest, so you can settle into the routine.

How should I prepare before arriving?

Eating lightly for a few days beforehand, skipping heavy or processed food and cutting back on tea and coffee all help. Rest and good sleep also help you arrive relaxed.

What should I keep in mind after the stay?

Avoid heavy meals, junk food and stressful activity for a while, and keep to a simple diet and a healthy routine.

When will I notice a change?

Experiences differ. Some guests report better sleep, easier digestion and more energy within a few days, and a settled routine at home helps carry this forward.
