at Shri Kale Ram Temple Ayodhya, Ayodhya

Ramarchan puja at Kale Ram Temple, Ayodhya, worshipping Lord Ram, his family and Lord Hanuman.
Ramarchan joins the words Rama and Archan, meaning worship. The puja is dedicated to Lord Ram, an avatar of Lord Vishnu. It involves chanting from the Ramacharitamanas, worship of Lord Ram together with his whole family, Ram Katha and Ram Dhun, and worship of Lord Hanuman. It is held at Kale Ram Temple. A sankalp is taken in the devotees' names, a kalash is established and Lord Ganesh is worshipped. The pujari then invokes Lord Ram and his family on a betel leaf with mantras and prayers, followed by Ram Katha and Ram Dhun. Lord Hanuman is worshipped last, and the puja ends with aarti.
Devotees believe this puja leads towards the four purusharths: Dharm, Arth, Kaam and Moksh. It is said to bless devotees with wealth. It is traditionally understood to help with hurdles and challenges in life. It is associated with peace and a positive spirit.
