Wellness and Balance Programme in Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu)

Nilai an Ecorganic Wellness Collective - Tamil Nadu · Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

About this retreat

This is a 7-day, 6-night programme at Nilai an Ecorganic Wellness Collective in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, for women going through menopause. Menopause is a natural stage of life, usually between the ages of 45 and 55. Many women notice changes such as hot flashes, mood swings, tiredness or disturbed sleep during this time. The stay offers a calm, supportive routine of yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, wellness therapies, vegetarian meals and herbal drinks. It begins with a medical consultation and a wellness assessment, and the doctor looks in on you daily. It ends with a final health review. The aim is to give women time to rest and a routine that may help them feel more comfortable. Please speak with your doctor and with the centre first.
