7-Day Sleep Restoration Therapy

Kairali The Ayurvedic Healing Village - Kerala · Palakkad, Kerala

About this retreat

This seven-day, six-night Ayurvedic stay at Kairali in Palakkad, Kerala, is built around rest and sleep. It opens with a detailed consultation, then follows a plan shaped by your Prakriti, or body constitution. Shirodhara, Abhyangam oil massage, therapeutic steam baths, herbal preparations, guided meditation, yoga and breathing practice make up the programme, with a sattvic diet alongside. Days follow an easy rhythm: yoga and pranayama in the morning, a workshop and nature walk, therapy in the afternoon, then yoga, meditation and dinner, with bedtime around 10 PM. Each weekday has its own session, from an organic farm visit to talks on Ayurveda principles, cooking and daily routines. Guests with health conditions, sleep concerns or regular sleep medication should speak with their doctor and with the centre first.

  • Shirodhara and oil massage, which Ayurveda traditionally uses for relaxation
