14-Day Authentic Panchakarma in Kerala

Softouch Ayurveda Village - Chalakudi -Kerala · Chalakudi, Kerala

About this retreat

A 14-day, 13-night Panchakarma stay at Softouch Ayurveda Village in Chalakudy, Kerala. Panchakarma is a traditional Ayurvedic process of five therapies: Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya and Raktamokshana. In tradition it aims to clear accumulated toxins (Ama) and balance the doshas Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Experienced therapists give the therapies with natural herbs and oils, and each plan follows a consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor. Days also include yoga and meditation, with calm surroundings. Tradition holds that June to February suits Panchakarma, and the monsoon months of June to September are considered most suitable.
