8-Day Ayurvedic Wellness Programme at Kairali in Kerala

Kairali The Ayurvedic Healing Village - Kerala · Palakkad, Kerala

About this retreat

This eight-day, seven-night stay at Kairali in Palakkad, Kerala, is aimed at guests who live with sinus discomfort or recurring head tension and prefer a calm, Ayurvedic approach. On arrival an Ayurvedic doctor meets you and suggests a personal plan. Therapies that may form part of the plan include Nasya, Shirodhara, Abhyanga oil massage and herbal steam. Ayurveda traditionally uses these for the head and sinus region. Yoga, a diet plan and a quiet stay among Kerala's greenery complete the programme, with sattvic vegetarian meals. Guests with health conditions should speak with their doctor and with the centre first.
