5-Day Wellness Programme at Sanjeevini in Kerala

About this retreat

This is a five-day, four-night wellness programme at Sanjeevini Life Care Village in Ernakulam, Kerala,. It follows a set daily routine of yoga, meditation, guided movement and rehabilitation activities, therapies, vegetarian meals, rest and nature walks. Movement sessions may include balance work, assisted mobility exercises, muscle strengthening, flexibility and coordination. For the mind, there are guided breathing, relaxation, meditation support and guidance on sleep and stress. Ayurvedic therapies listed include Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Basthi, Njavara Kizhi and Pottali massage. Guests are in a standard room with three vegetarian meals a day. Guests with health conditions should speak with their doctor and with the centre first. Check-in is at 09:00 and check-out at 10:00.

   6:00 wake-up; 7:00-8:30 yoga and meditation; 8:30 breakfast; 10:00 therapy session; 10:30 nutrition snacks; 11:30 TMS session; 12:30 lunch; 1:30 rest; 3:00 games and other activities; 4:00 evening snacks; 5:00-7:00 therapy session; 7:00 dinner; 8:00 nature walk; 9:30 sleep.
