14-Day Rejuvenate Naturally at Kairali
Kairali The Ayurvedic Healing Village - Kerala · Palakkad, Kerala
About this retreat
This 14-day programme at Kairali in Palakkad, Kerala, is built around Ayurveda. Each day brings together personalised Ayurvedic consultations, Abhyanga and Panchakarma therapies, a diet planned around your dosha, and a routine of yoga, pranayama and meditation. The day starts with herbal tea and a gentle walk, then morning yoga and breakfast. Therapy sessions fill the late morning. Afternoons leave room for rest and journaling, plus a workshop on herbs or Ayurvedic cooking. Evenings close with Yoga Nidra or meditation, a light Sattvic dinner and a sharing circle. Meals follow Ayurvedic principles. Guests with health conditions should speak with their doctor and with the centre first.
