MARG Buddy: Darshan Help for Pilgrims
A verified person with you on darshan day, so you or your parents are never alone in the crowd.

Someone with you on darshan day
A MARG Buddy is a verified person who stays with you at the temple on darshan day. They help with queues, timings and entry rules, and keep touts away. It costs ₹1,100 for the first day at one location, in Varanasi (Kashi), Ayodhya, Prayagraj, Vrindavan and Ujjain.
What a Buddy does
- Meets you at the temple area and stays with you through darshan
- Helps with queues, darshan timings and the temple's entry rules
- Guides you on dress code, phones, lockers and prasad
- Helps you get around the temple complex and nearby ghats
- Keeps you clear of touts and people selling “special access”
- Is there for parents who can’t walk far, or don’t speak Hindi
What a Buddy doesn't do
- Issue temple passes, permits or “VIP” entry — those come only from the temple’s own trust
- Promise a darshan slot the temple hasn’t confirmed
- Replace a pandit for rituals — MARG can arrange a verified pandit separately
